The reason why I had to hire outside people was because Harbor homes was not performing to the ability they told me they wouldAlso the owner was not always honest in her wordI am not the only person in [redacted] that feels this wayMy sister had work done by Harbor homes and decided to use another company to complete another job she had done second to not feeling confident in this compaines way of doing bussinessAlso as a person who has never re-built a home before I depended on this company to be a advocate for me They left constant debrie around which I had to clean upThey kept the contract loose so that they would make more money off me I do not go around bad mouthing the company but when asked if I was satisfied I do give a honest answerToo many people say the same thing about this companyWhen I contacted Harbor homes in regards to the plumbing issue it took calling the Revdex.com to get them to come outI have documented Phone calls and multiple text messages to show the time span I do thank the Revdex.com for helping me resolve this issue As far as the Air condition issue it was the Hvac person who told me the compressor was not working as he clearly could feel no air was coming outHe then called the [redacted] resp who he bought the a/c unit from and they told him to further investigate the issue before replacing the UnitThat is why they got the second opinionAgain not the truth by the owners responseGives you a idea of what I went thru Ty you again Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

Regarding the complaint against Harbor Homes from ***, there were several factors that occurred while we were remodeling her houseFirst, she had other people that DID NOT work for Harbor Homes doing workAlso, she went to our subcontractors, and made side deals with them to take us out of the
equationTowards the end of the project she ran out of money and never paid us the money that she owed*** decided that she would "complete" the work on her ownAfter we went our separate ways, she bad mouthed us all around town (which had the potential to hurt our company since most of our business comes from word of mouth)After everything that occurred, when she called for her vanity and heat to be fixed, we sent someone out as soon as we couldThe vanity and leak were both repaired and we had our heating/AC specialist go to her home times to "fix" her AC*** was told that she kept putting the number too high on the thermostat and that is why the AC was not kicking onShe did not believe us until we sent another AC specialist to look and tell her the same thing. Therefore everything has been completed

know there was an issue with one of our subcontractorsHe had promised to come by there house and fix something and didn't show and would not answer their calls or oursWe did everything in our power to get him to go to their houseThey should probably be sending the complaint against *** *** (the subcontractor) instead of usBesides this issue we thought everything else was fine, we enjoyed working with them and thought they were lovely peopleWe were surprised to see the complaint since we were paid in full and thought everything was ok in the end.
