Review: I Purchased a Dinette Set from Broadway Direct Buy Furniture.[redacted], August **, 2014 and "paid in ful" $515.00. [redacted] promised delivery five separate dates, (8/** - 9/*/2014; 9/*/2014; 9/** - 9/**/2014; 9/**/2014; & 10/*/2014) and on each date had a different excuse as to why the deliver could not be made. The situation became obvious, that he would not deliver the Dinette Set I had purchased, and when questioned He would continue to compose another excuse. To date, [redacted] has not refunded the amount of purchase, nor delivered the item purchased.Desired Settlement: Refund of the amount of purchase, $515.00
