Company responded via phone as follows:Consumer was a new patientShe came in for an x-ray, exam, and cleaning for $79. Upon her exam and x-rays it revealed she needed a root canalShe was explained her treatment options for the tooth. The consumer was given the estimates for the two
options one being a root canal and the other extractionThe estimates were prepared with a discount of 30% and the consumer left before any charges could be explained to herThe $price she paid for the x-ray and exam would have come off the price of the treatment option she would have received. Company is not sure where the 50% discount came from because they do not offer a 50% discountIf the consumer would like to come back, we can take the $off which ever option she would prefer for the tooth
