Review: The cashiers overcharge and don't give back correct change, they argue that we gave them a smaller denomination bill. A review of their system and practices will be good.Desired Settlement: I don't want my hard earned money (5.00 dollars) returned yet this is not the first time they overcharge, the cashiers attitude is not according to business...I hold a business administration degree and this is unacceptable.

I am sorry for the later response, I am the manager here Broadway Farmers Market, and I was out for 2 weeks due to an emergency.Broadway Farmers Market cashers go through a rigorous process of training and testing before they can even become employed by us. I personally know each one of the cashiers and they are honest young ladies, there are only 2 cashiers at this point and the one you are speaking of could no longer be with us. I spoke with both of the cashiers employed and neither recall this incident, furthermore; none of our cashiers have ever been dishonest, after this letter I even watched over them on video, and none of my cashiers ever handed out even back a penny less, or overcharged for an item. This is nonsense Broadway Farmers Market is a well operated business, and we treat our customers with respect and honesty. This letter seems much exaggerated, and as if someone has a grudge toward one of the cashiers due to some kind of misunderstanding. A review of our system is welcome all procedures in this business are done properly, and operated in a professional manner. I do apologize if there was ever a misunderstanding, and at this point in time we have never over charged for an item, this business would not even be running if that was the case. I feel this is a huge misunderstanding, and if the individual with a complaint felt this way, it should have been brought up to the cashier herself, or a manager, this was never the case, therefore; I apologize and if the recipient still has the receipt; no matter how old, I will be glad to review if there are any incorrect charges.
