will not refund any given money for the work that has been done due to the price that was given was competitive and fair, I am willing to work with the customer in the future and help he/she with any problems they have with there car.

I assure you that neither my husband nor I received that level of respect the first or the second time that we visited your establishment, but I do recognize that that behavior did not come from you but your mechanics. I have agreed to take down my Revdex.com review after receipt of the refund for repairs conducted by [redacted] Tire in Lowell, MA. I have attempted to call the business owner several times and he has not been available. Consumer Affairs told me that a check would be given to me in person on a Saturday if I drove down to pick it up. I do not live close enough to do this. The owner has my address on the letter I sent him, and I request he mail me the check. Once that is received I will remove my comments.]
