Hello,What the client failed to tell us that his property is on a hill with little to no turn around room. Our driver could not safely turn the machine. We let all our clients know that the machine is a large riding aerator. We do offer a push aerator for an additional fee.
Please find attached the emails with the client to show our responses. We would have been HAPPY to refund him but like I explain to him MULTIPLE times he did not purchase the aeration through us. So it is completely out of our hands and a matter he needs to pursue with Groupon Thank you, ***
