Review: I was refused a refund for a product that I was unreasonably charged for while still in the store. I was told that the item was original equipment by the manufacturer and that it's retail price was correct. While there I found out that the item was really a rebranded one that costs only $30 retail. I was charged over $700!!!! When I asked for a refund right there, I was told that they will not issue a refund even though I had just purchased the item! Finally they told me to come back the next day and talk to the owner. I returned the next day after immediately speaking with the NYPD. NYPD explained that its a scam run by these guys and that he hears about it all the time. When I returned to ask the owner for a refund, he refused flat out and was extremely rude. This business should be shut down! I've never heard of a business treating people this way, and I'm obviously not the only one who they prey on. IDesired Settlement: I would like my entire sale refunded, and stop this business from doing any more unethical and non reputable business.
