Customer was written a refund check in the amount of $on 2-14-We apologized to Mrs*** for the delayOur company changed over to a new point of sale system (POS), there a lag in information and was an oversight in the change overWe are sorry for the inconvenience and have taken

We have made several attempts to resolve this with a local affiliate of the manufacturer of this furnitureThe consensus was that there are no flaws, it's simply how this particular set is madeObviously our customer is not satisfied with the constructionWe have no way of re-making the

Ken offered a free 5-year protection plan priced at a value of $239.99 on the entire bedroom suite [redacted] purchased, as compensation for the delays with product. Product comes from Chicago IL and...

had continued backordering issues. Ken apologized to [redacted] for the inconvenience and asked that she give us another opportunity soon to show her a better experience with our store.

We have contacted this customer and scheduled an even exchange of his damaged product.

I received and accepted my sofa almost 2 months later, but never received the 150 dollars..This is totally unacceptable. The call was on October 11 to compensate the delays of the sofa.This is the worst experience I have ever had with a store. I am the customer, I was threated as a kid.Now I want the balance of the 727 dollars, plus the 150 dollars and a formal excuse regarding all the lies.This is very very bad

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. No one has tried contacting me since I talked to the general manager, Mr. W[redacted]. I find that this resolution of the manager coming to the house and looking at the furniture would be satisfactory at this time. We can go from there. I do need a call at [redacted]. That is the correct number.

Furniture For Less contacted the customer on 3-6-2017 to give a full refund. Products were on backorder with manufacturer. We are giving a full refund, and when product becomes available from the manufacturer, we will contact to see if she is interested in re-purchasing.
