Review: I bought a mobile model Samsung sm-g925v where the seller said it was unlocked and work worldwide, bought on 04.**.2015, coming to my country ([redacted]) on 05.**.2015 the device did not work properly, contrary to what the seller said, seller called [redacted]

I contacted the store explaining that the device does not work in my country, and I want to return the same.

the seller does not pass me to the manager, and it does not accept to returning.Desired Settlement: accept to returning the cellphone, and refound my money,

because the store sold a product that does not match the informations given to me
