Our office prides itself on our customer serviceEveryday we go above and beyond for all of our patientsThis patient ordered lenses for her son's sport goggles on January **, After repeated attempts to contact her regarding the lenses (she picked other items she had ordered), we returned
them to the labWe have clearly stated on all our receipts that we are not responsible for any items left in our store over daysHowever, when this customer contacted our office in August of 2017, months later, we agreed to reexamine her son and order new lenses for him at no additional costDrH*** also felt strongly that a child her son's age most likely could have had a prescription change, making the original lenses incorrect anywayShe agreed and made two appointments for her children on August **, at 1:and 2:pmShortly after, we received her Revdex.com complaintIn response to her insurance complaint: We have always used he r VSP insurance for her childrenShe was never charged anything that she was not responsible forFurthermore, it is impossible to overcharge when using VSP insurance due to the fact that their own VSP labs make the eyewear and they have all of their own fees and prices clearly designatedAll patients receive a printed statement stating what they paid for when they receive their VSP glassesThey also have access to their VSP accounts online and are able to see all activity. We are deeply saddened by this complaintDrH*** has been practicing for over years and his office is a Premier VSP OfficeDrH*** refuses to allow his reputation to be tarnished by falsehoods and liesOur office has all the records, documentation and credit card receipts regarding any past transactions with this patientEverything in this complaint is inaccurate and falseWe are a private, community orientated office that has served generations of families based on our reputation and excellent service
