First off I would like to say that the entire staff that I have dealt with has been very nice.....however, niceness does not give good service or fix problems I am very disappointed at how I have been treated by the service department I bought a $15,or so ATV 4-Wheeler from these guys I wanted the baddest, well equipped wheeler money could buy and that's where I spent my hard earned dollar at It's new and was setting up and maybe battery died somewhere along the way Jumped it off at dealership and it just did not start like any wheeler I've ever had Sounded like it was really struggling Never had a Polaris before so maybe that's just the way they start since I've always had Honda Salesmen said it should be fine and to bring it back if I had any problems, not to mention I bought the extended(anything goes wrong) it's covered warranty Just the beginning of my problems!!! After riding it (now to this day only has hrs on it and it was the last years model) I kept experiencing electrical problems with starting, power steering, etc I called the service department finally because I needed help and it was now not starting and constantly jumping it off from other buddies when we went out Very aggravating!! Brought battery in and they tested it and said it was good and it maybe it was the starterSince I didn't have trailer that day I could not bring it right back to them I then went to ride on another trail ride with my brothers constantly jumping battery off again and again every time I started it On this ride the 4xstopped working or broke as I later found out and nearly left me stranded Now there is a serious problem so I took it to them the first chance they were open I dropped it off and told them the problem and they said it would be a few weeks, but they would call me and let me know whats wrong Then I got a call from the service department telling me it was going to cost about $to fix What!! It was under warranty Dismayed I went up there and wanted to talk to the department about it As we walked to look at the ATV, the techlooked at it and said, "This one, oh we haven't even been able to crank it up yet" So how do you know whats wrong? Furthermore how do you know what it is going to cost????? I guess they assumed I would just pay and not ask questions, but not this guy After arguing with the techabout my warranty he told me the battery was not even under warranty past months I told him it was having these issues since day one and he didn't believe me it seemed Frickin O'Reilly's warranties batteries for or years so WTH Then he told me he would make it right and would fix it and call me upon completion A couple of weeks later I got a call telling what was wrong and that it was fixed and ready for pick up When I got there to pick it up the techpulled it around from shop and told me it was good to go I then tried to start it and it was the same problem as before Very sluggish starting as if battery was nearly dead I asked techif this was and he said I think that is normal I think!! Not the answer I was wanting but maybe that's just how they started Then after a brief inspection I noticed that I had antifreeze coolant in my reservoir I went back inside and told the tech He said I guess it was overlooked, pulled it back around, filled it up and brought it back to me Finally it was fixed and I loaded it up and took it home and straight to garage where it parked for a couple of days This was a Thursday and on Sunday I went to start it to take my mother on a mothers day ride it would not start Back to square one!!!!
