I was offered this product as a gift. I was required to pay $4.95 shipping. Without my consent and unbeknownst to me I was put on a monthly plan and charged $102. 95. When I called to complain (and cancel) I was told that it wasn't that I signed up for it, it was part of their terms and conditions. I was told the most they could (would) only return was 80% which I am currently waiting for. I would like them to return 100% and be made to change the way they offer their product.

I thought I was just getting a sample then they took money out of my bank account and I couldn't find them to see what was going on
I an trying to get a refund for $89.77 for the money that was taking out of my account

In your scam folder you will see several examples of reports under the name Dermiva. As with the others I read, the company name and product names are very confusing. I followed a link and ordered a free sample of a skin care product. As with the others after I filled out one form it kept taking me to many other products, even non-skin care and I had difficulty declining all these (and in fact for weeks got calls from a number wanting to help me finish my purchases - . I did receive my free sample plus $4.95 shipping. What I didn't see at the bottom of the terms and conditions was an automatic payment of $49.95 that would be charged in 16 days. When I saw a charge come through for $89.95 I called the company and they refused to refund the charge. Several times I was offered additional product at reduced pricing - but luckily I asked and it always included being added back to the additional charges of $89.95. I called the credit card company I had used and they filed a dispute for me. The company provided a different website which does clearly show the charge - but it was not the website I had used. ProDerma also stated within the documentation they had offered me a refund, but then later in the document sort of retracted that statement. No refund was offered for even the difference of what they had tricked me into agreeing to.

Refund I want the additional $89.95 refunded - at a minimum the $40 difference over what I was tricked into agreeing to. But even more I'd like to see them shut down. It is definitely intended to pull you in and not see the charges add up until it is too late.
