Broadway sales and services was the company selected by Choice home warranty to perform repairs for my stove The technician came out and was in a rush and said he needed to get back to Toledo I had informed him that the problem was an intermittent problem; this was after he said that he couldn't find anything wrongMy daughter was at home , so I described the problem again to him and he said he would recheck, at this point he had not left my residence Two minutes later, he called back saying that he found a loose sensor element and he tighten it up and clean it, mind you two minutes had passed I didn't feel like he was being sincere in his efforts and that was a lie to just leave because he was in a rushI told him that I wasn't going to pay him the dollars service fee, and he told me that if I didn't Choice would canceled my service and I told him fine I got a call from Choice and they told me to go ahead and pay and if the problem persistent, I wouldn't have to pay another service fee So I got two call from Choice saying to pay the next day and to pay directly to Broadway sales, I called and was put on hold ( I never heard the gentleman that anwsered the phone to hold on) I hung up and call back A guy name [redacted] answered and said he was the owner, I said okay choice told me to pay you directly and I wanted to know how you wanted to be paid [redacted] stated that I needed to pay Choice; he was refusing for me to pay him [redacted] went on to tell me the technician wouldn't come back to my home and I said I don't want him back (Instead of trying to acertain why I didn't pay the service fee) he then started saying that I was yelling and I said sir I'm not yelling and he continue in this vein and I just hung the phone up As an owner he should have listen to my concern and not just try to shut me down by pretending that I was yelling at him, at this point this is day two and I have already put more time in this then I wanted too I don't usually waste time writing a review, but I just wanted other customers to beware of this business Choice has told me to mail him the check anyway, so I will see how this goes What a waste of time All the technician had to do was listen to our concerns, make the repair and this would have been over

I wasn't sure the Sunbeam iron was worth the cost to repair, but for only a $bench fee it was worth finding outGot a call within hoursIt was fixed! Turned out to be a lose cord and the repairman did a little soldering (isn't that a lost art these days?) Final cost was fair, and we couldn't be happier

I brought my blue Bissell carpet shampooer into Broadway Sales and Service for repair When I returned to the shop to pick it up, I was presented with a black machine, which was the same make, but may or may not have been the same model (It was also much dirtier than the shampooer I dropped off.) The shop maintains the black shampooer presented to me is the one I brought in for service; however, I know that it is notAfter much discussion and me walking through the shop, in an effort to locate my blue Bissell, I gave up Unfortunately, my shampooer is out of warranty, and I do not have the serial number written down anywhere It did not occur to me that I needed to have them write the serial number on the receipt when I brought the shampooer in for repair I have no idea what happened to my shampooer or why it was not returned to me

Unbelievable! I can't imagine how they have managed to stay in businessI took my vacuum in weeks ago and it still isn't doneI called last week and was told it 'should be done today or tomorrow'I called again Monday at 10am and was told the repair guy wasn't in yetI called back at 11am and was told the same thingThe guy laughed and said, "he pretty much comes in when ever he wants to." I said, "real professional" and the guy laughed again and said, "You know anyone else who works on Bissells?" I called again today and was left on hold so long, I just hung upWhen I finally did get though, I asked to speak to the owner and was told he would call me backHe never called backSurprise!! Bottom line is, I haven't been able to vacuum in weeks and still have no idea when (or IF) I will ever get my vacuum backBy the way, my vacuum is still under warranty

Never do business with this company! They were assigned by my warranty company to perform a simple repair on my washing machine and after nearly three months of lies to both me and the warranty company, promises to call back that went unfulfilled, and new stories every week I found an alternate resolution with my warranty companyRead other reviews and stay away- these are scam artists
