I have contacted the tenant and moved them into a new unitI have also given them months free rent for being patient while I was out of town dealing with a family emergencyThe tenant seemed happy with the situationOnce the tenant has moved out of Unit the unit will be marked unavailable until I can get P.D.QDoor over to fix the unit

I have responded to the complainant asking them prior to the slanderous review on google to provide evidence of the ruined items and immediately checked the unit that they rentedI found absolutely no evidence of water intrusion of the unitThe complainant did not show me any evidence of ruined
items (everyone has a cell phone with a camera in today's world)The unit has been rented since and there has been zero issues with the unitI waited over a month before renting the unit again for a rain/snow storm to potentially witness any water intrusion into the unit, which resulted in a dry space and loss of a month+ of rent to a potential tenant for fear that the complainant was correctShe was notI believe the complainant stored their mattress on the cement floor and was ignorant to the fact that drastic changes in temperature causes cement to "sweat" resulting in the wicking of water into the unprotected mattressPallets are provided behind the main building. I am seeking not to reward the deposit back to the complainant because of the loss of revenue while looking into the "issue". Thank you,*** S

The tenant seemed happy with the situation. Once the tenant has moved out of Unit 48 the unit will be marked unavailable...

until I can get  P.D.Q. Door over to fix the unit.
