Broadway Tickets Center

I had the WORST experience ever to shop with Broadway Tickets Center!!!
I purchased two tickets of *** days ago and paid $149/ ticket + $service fee for each ticket on top of an extra $delivery fee for e-tickets!!!
In total I paid $and what I received today were very CORNER seats in the very LAST row which can be purchased on the official *** website for $eachI can't even see the full stage from my seatMeanwhile, there are still about seats available in the same zone as my seats, but all of them are cheaper (as per the official website) and much better positioned (more center, closer to the stage)I paid extra money for the seats but they issued the worst possible seats to me while there are many other better seats in the same zone availableOf course they used the no exchange or refund policy as an excuse not exchange and/or refund my ticketsI personally feel that their service is a total FRAUD, they will sell you the worst seats they can find and profit from the price difference and the so-called service feesIf they deny such fact, I would like to have them justify charging customer $(including $service fee) for an exact ticket that can be purchased elsewhere now for $
I would never recommend Broadway Tickets Center to anyone and want everyone out there pay attention to what I had experiencedNEVER SHOP WITH BROADWAY TICKETS CENTER AGAIN
