Horrible and incompetentI was initially told I needed a new battery cable, cost $The very next morning the car stopped at a light and had to be towed back to the shopThis time I was told I needed a new battery, cost $ When the car had to be towed again, I opted to go to a different shop because it was obvious Broadway Tire and Automotive were just milking me a little bit at a time without fixing the problem!
