Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/04/13) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] L Agent Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @gmail.com Customer [redacted] was informed via telephone her plates were in 12/23/She informed me that the plates were issued for a passenger vehicle not a truck, the d.m.v told her she could swapp them in for a fee I told her I would gladly pay the fee for the mistake and she agreed to do so [redacted] never came to the location she purchased vehicle to pick up her platesi informed her day of purchase the plates come to my location and title comes to her addressWe dont mail out plates due to being responsible for them once recieved, all customers have to pick up plates onsite with verification of who they are forIt is the customers responsibilty to pick up their plates within the days of recieving the temporary registration, as noted on her temporary registration that this is only a temp plate for days not her real plates or registration [redacted] has not been Back to our location to pickup check on or ask for her plates, We are onsite from 8.Am till 6.Pm daily so I feel she should have attempted to stop in and ask questions before just deciding to go through Revdex.comand attempt to Slander our company nameas for her issues with the vehicle having any issuesi personally assisted her with the purchase of this truck there was similar trucks for her to choose from and she was informed that the truck she wanted was an AS/IS sale no guarantee or warranty of any kind.We tell are customers that we buy from an auction and they are more then welcome to drive the vehicle and check it out in any way that they feel comfortable.We have had several customers take vehicles to a shop and then come back and negotiate the price with usNever once was she rushed or tricked into a vehicleShe chose the Gmc sonoma one of the cheapest vehicles we were selling at the time and she spent more then hours during the matter of days at our location driving and checking the vehicle inside and out to be sure she was satisfied with it before we ever did any paperworkShe then read our contract that clearly staes AS IS all used cars are sold as is unless indicated on the line providedShe signed the contract not once but twice to confirm she was informed of no warranty and to verify her name an address were correct, which they were considering she recieved her title I hope this information will clear my company name from any actions taken against us that will affect any other future business since we are new business and did not do anything wrong or illegal Thank you for understanding the situation and any information needed let me know

She then read our contract that clearly staes AS IS all used cars are sold as is unless indicated on the line provided. She signed the contract not once but twice to confirm she was informed of no warranty and to verify her name an address were correct, which they were considering she recieved her title.
I hope this information will clear my company name from any actions taken against us that will affect any other future business since we are new
business and did not do anything wrong or illegal.
