Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I called them about days not days I try to explained what was going on with the tired he told me not to call him any more then hang up on me how can some company sells tired that are shout they should know there tires are no good what are they trying to do killed someone I will never buy from them again or used tiresi had to go out the next day to buy brand new tired for my escape it cost me more money then what I had pay for them from this company

Company responded by phone 12/1/15-nkm Our receipts offer repair or replacement within in days of the purchaseReceipts also state that there are no refundsConsumer called days after purchase and we offered to replace the tires for her and she refused

Our receipts offer repair or replacement within in 7 days of the purchase. Receipts also state that there are no refunds. Consumer called 14 days after purchase and we offered to replace the tires for her and she refused.

I called them about 8 days not 14 days I try to explained what was going on with the tired he told me not to call him any more then hang up on me how can some company sells tired that are shout they should know there tires are no good what are they trying to do killed someone I will never buy from them again or used tires. .... I had to go out the next day to buy brand new tired for my escape it cost me more money then what I had pay for them from this company
