again and incurred an additional 240 dollars worth of expenses to diagnose and repair the problem. I was also inconvenienced by not having for car for numerous days  
I have a small claims case against them and will be in court in early July

Review: Broadway Towing was contracted by my roadside service company to tow my motor vehicle. After waiting almost 3 hours for the tow truck to arrive, I was told that they had sent the "wrong" truck and that I would need to wait an additional hour for the right truck to be sent. The driver told me that I could leave the keys and my vehicle would be taken care of by the new driver. After leaving the vehicle location, I received a phone call from the new driver letting me know that someone needed to be at the house to allow the vehicle to be picked up. I told the driver I was sending someone over immediately, and he indicated that he would wait. When the person I sent arrived, the driver had already left. When I called the driver, he told me that the "dispatcher" sent him on another job.Desired Settlement: Broadway Towing should reimburse me for the time I wasted waiting for them to send a tow truck, and for the time and money I spent sending someone to the vehicle location for no reason.
