Review: I took my vehicle in for repairs in August 2014. The original repair had a one year warranty and the vehicle was not fixed as it was supposed to have been in August 2014. It needed to be repaired again. So I took my vehicle to get repaired again for the same problem in January 2015.I have been waiting six weeks for my vehicle to be repaired since I left it at the shop in January. Every time I try to pick it up I am told it's not ready.Desired Settlement: I would like my car back. It is not acceptable that I am not able to get my car back in working condition. I should not have to wait this long for the repair to get done.I need to be compensated for the unnecessary time that I have wasted waiting for my car to get fixed. I paid to get my car fixed in August. In January when I took it they said it would be fixed in two weeks. I need to get a refund for the service that I paid for and has not yet been completed and I want my vehicle back.

Review: Owner/technician ([redacted]) never told me up front that they never accept credit card payment and only cash payment when I towed my vehicle for transmission repair/rebuild. When he call me today and leave me a message that the van is ready for pick up by 12:30p July 25, I called him back and he told me that he wants cash only. I told him I don't have cash and I'm paying by credit cards, he said cash only and told me that he's charging me for storage fee if I don't pick up my vehicle at 12:30p today. This is not fair, he should tell me up front that he is only accepting cash and I would not leave my van to his shop for repair and would look for another service shop who can do my van and accept credit card paymentDesired Settlement: Accept my credit card payment. Owner never told me that he ([redacted]) wants cash payment only for my transmission rebuilt charges. When he call me and leave message that the van is ready for pick up at 12:30p today, July 25, I called him to return the call and that's the only time he told me that he wants cash only and not accepting credit card payments. I told him I don't have cash and he's telling me now that he have to charge me storage fee if I don't pick up my vehicle by 12:30p today. He should tell me up front when I towed my vehicle to his shop that he's only accepting cash and I will not leave my van there. I just want him to accept my credit card payment for $1470 as he told me and I don't have any complaint.
