It is incorrect that the work was completed. [redacted],the main person with whom I had been speaking, left a message on my cell phone on 6/**/17 indicating that he knew I had problems with Outlook. I called [redacted] to cancel the contract but the recording was not in intelligible English if it was English. I will call that same # 7/**/17 to verify cancellation and email them today to cancel.
