You are required by law to notify Dmv within calendar days from the date you sale a car this is your release of Liability ,vehicle code ,this releases you from parking tickets ,impound fees etc

I am rejecting this response because:that is not the conversation I had with them I did do a release of liability too the car but thru the mail post office also weeks ago I did another one online at *** *** they no there wrong for what they did too me they are shady as hell I got the DMV investigation report that I need to fill out to give to *** on Monday

I am rejecting this response because: This isnt a response, I have documentation from a transmission shopThis isn't the type of damage that happens all of a suddenThe 5Rtransmission in *** explorers has a tendency to shave away the aluminum around the servo receiving ports causing transmission fluid to pass through instead of apply pressure to the internal bandsThe delay in band pressure causes slippage and will cause excess wear to the brass bushings and eat away at the bands when it finally catchesI am familiar with this issue, even though it doesn't happen to all of the transmissions. Either I was sold a "lemon" unknowingly (unlikely), or something more is going on along the lines of doing whatever it takes to sell a carThe cars not safe for my Family and I, plain and simple and is not worth what I paid for it

You originally purchased the car on June 3rd and we received the paperwork on it this week and is being processed now you will receive your registration in the mail in a few days and the title comes directly from Dmv not us , you should receive that a few weeks after sorry for your
inconvenience

minutes without the need for shifting ,wow you really don't no what your talking about ,the car was sold as is ,go buy a car with a warranty next time .good luck ,get mad at the car not who sold it to ,cars brake every day and people brake cars ,all sales final

Response:Everything we sell at Brocco Motors is a AS IS saleWe disclose any known problems with vehicle that we know of prior to sellOur customers are urged to bring a mechanic with them and they are also able to test drive vehicle and look under the hood thoroughly before they choose to
purchase the vehicleAlso we offer a 48hr contract cancelation option that gives the customer 48hrs to bring the car back if they choose toThe customer choose to decline that option at the time of purchaseThe customer also signed the AS IS agreement stating that everything we sell is as is and we do not offer any warrantiesIf true about all the things your mechanic told you then those things would have been visable at the time of purchase when you test drove vehicle and also when you inspected vehicleYou spent $dollars on a used vehicle that we were asking more for at the time of purchaseIm sorry for your mis fortune but this is not my dealerships fault and I take much offense to being called dis honestI wish you luck in your future car purchases

As the customer states the car was sold as is without warranty ,cars brake and malfunction every day .unfortunately the customer started having problems right a way.next time you should buy a car with a warranty.there is nothing that we can do after the car is driven off of lot .we do not know what
happened after it has left our possession

I am rejecting this response because:her boyfriend told me that he took care of it that it is good plus I sent off the release of liability thru the us post office *** is her boyfriend name

You are required by law to notify Dmv within 5 calendar days from the date you sale a car this is your release of Liability ,vehicle code 5900 ,this releases you from parking tickets ,impound fees etc.

It’s your responsibility to do a release of liability with dmv at the time of sale

I am rejecting this response because: the car was driven down the highway for 20 min without the need for shifting but with enough distance for the transmission and engine to climb to operating temperature after which allowing the computer to "rerecognise" an issue that has been recently erased from the computers stored memory. I know this because I plugged my own OBDII scanner in before purchase and it read that 3 of the five monitors had not completed all checks. I purchased the car in good faith that nothing suspicious had been performed in order to obtain the sale. A transmission issue nullifies the terms of the vehicle being sold as a "safe for the road vehicle"
