This man is a complete fraudThe American Polygraph association mandates that an exam be at least minutesAnything less is an invalid examinationHis exam lasted than minutesAfter we sat down and started discussing the process one of the first things he says to my wife is that when I leave she will tell him why she is there and go over the questionsHe let her know that if she didn't like the questions they could change them to something she "was more comfortable with"We went over the questions for weeks and all agreed on a set of questions before even arrivingThere was no need to change anythingHe then tells me that it was going to be a while so I should go somewhere and do somethingI no sooner got to where I was going and my wife was already calling me saying they were doneI returned to go over the test, and smiling ear to ear he tells me how she passed with flying colorsHe then goes on to say that my wife was the easiest exam he's ever givenHe goes on and on about how he is 100% certain that she is being honest (even tho the test itself is only 85% ACCURATE), how great it was to test her, and how she tested "in the positives" on everythingHe then started talking again about how not everyone is that easy to test and just kept goingWas he giving me test results or trying to convince me? Upon exit he basically said goodbye to me and then followed my wife out of the room complimenting her hair, complimenting her name, and wishing her the best of luck with everythingAt this point he certainly didn't make me feel like he was working for meI wasn't sure of how exactly things were going to go and it was previously discussed that in the event that I had to leave the exam, my wife was to record the audio of the exam but because he had a video camera that he claimed was practice for an upcoming job she did not do soI later asked him for the video recording and he said he wasn't able to get it to workHe first ignored the question for several days and finally answered it after being asked a second timeThe whole thing seemed rather oddAccording to my wife he appeared to get the recording started and adjusted the camera as she was instructed to move and I find it extremely hard to believe that someone capable of running the polygraph machine and its software would have so much trouble with a USB recording deviceWhen all of these things were brought up to him he had absolutely nothing to say in his defenseInstead of offering to give my money back so that I would be free to choose who I chose to give the next exam and pushed several times for me to go see someone he knewHe offered to pay for the retest if done by this certain individualNot very professional and every aspect was handled poorlySuspicious behavior and did not make me feel as tho he were on my sideIf you require a polygraph test done by a professional that you will feel comfort in do not go to Robert B***
Gave an invalid test that led to my husband filing for divorce. This guy completely made me and himself look bad after giving an exam that is considered invalid by the APA and then reacting as a guilty person would. I passed the test but when questioned by my husband regarding the invalid exam he completely screwed the whole thing up. Very unprofessional, couldn't even operate his own equipment, and did very poorly at trying to resolve the situation. I tried to discuss how to proceed to work the situation out and he blew me off and wouldn't respond to my emails. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
