not guaranteed."And #15-"Any modifications to factory specifications voids all warranties"When the engine was returned, Scott went out to inspect it and determined that it had been disassembled contrary to customer's claim.Additionally, this motor had less that 65k miles on it and was removed from a running car.  We had driven the car ourselves to ensure the engine ran fine.  We are very sorry for failure of the engine but cannot believe that we delivered an engine prone to failure.  We are still trying to work out something with the customer but they have subsequently filed suit. It should be noted that this case has been reviewed twice by American Express and both times were prevailed - not found to be at fault.
