A salesman from Brock came to our home at our request and we selected two garage doors and double entrance way doors for purchase & installation However, we did not finalize the purchase as we accepted the salesman's invitation to visit the showroom in Brampton On the appointed day and time we arrived at the showroom only to be told that the salesman will not be able to keep the appointment as he was on another jobWe learned that he had phoned our home minutes earlier and left a message because we had already left for the appointment We had set aside half a day and made a km round trip journey for nothing To this day we haven't received an explanation or an apology from the salesman Hardly professionalUnlikely to instill confidence in this company

Brock Doors and Windows came out to my home a few months ago to replace all of the windows in my unit Their customer service reps were very knowledgeable and friendly and scheduled the appointment according to my schedule The men who came out came on time, took out all the old non-functioning windows and replaced them with high quality windows in a timely fashion Once they were done they cleaned up and left no mess behind I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have their windows replaced The quality and workmanship is top notch I am very happy to have functioning windows again Thanks Brock for your professionalism

I waited a few years before making a decisions to change my windows. The question is which window company would give us our money's worth and satisfy us with the result? Thank God that I didn't make a mistake in choosing Brock windows and doors when I saw it in the newspaper. The sales agent Andrew explain to me the kind of windows they carry and suggest to change the patio door also for a much better quality, and the blessing is that they have installers that would do it on weekends! Stephen the installer and Taylor are freindly, work fast, came on time and finished the 5 windows and 1 patio door in a day with finesse. My wife and I are satisfied and thank God for the good result.
