I have had numerous cracks and chipping in the concrete overlay One required me to tear up the whole area and replace it In defense of Rojo's I did not call them to try and fix the problem because I knew from past history it would just reappear in a year or so Also, Rojos told me to expect some cracking of the concrete; although I did not think it would be so widespread Bottom line, I think they are an honest company but I think there are much better and longer lasting alternatives to concrete overlay I wish I had just paid a little extra and installed tile

These guys were amazing and stand behind their workWe added on a kitchen and they had to match the floor they put in years ago It wasn't easy and they returned several times to make sure it met our satisfactionI could not believe how hard they worked to make it just perfect I think they even went above and beyond without charging me extraI highly recommend this company that works so hard and stands behind their work So rare these days

I had Rosos stain my concrete patio in May, and it has since peeled badly I had one of their technicians come and take a look at it and he said that the Arizona sun does that and I should have expected that to happen I was never told this when they originally did the work I would have found another product if I had know that Rogos' wouldn't last even years Very bad business ethic
