Himco charged my credit card without my authorizationThey did not complete the service
I have ordered a security door from Himco at $and I prepaid the deposit of $The sales person (Mark) told me the door would be delivered and installed on the June 30th, the latestOn June 30th, no one showed up and I called the sales man and was told the door was not ready but it would be installed on July 5thOn July 5th, the mechanics came with the door but it didn't have the mail slot as I had orderedI talked to the sales man on the phone and sent back the doorHe said he would find out when the door could be done and call me the next dayBut I never received any call from himOn July 8th, the door was installedI didn't sign the paper because the door had some scratchesI asked the mechanics to pain these scratches but he said he didn't have paint with himI called Himco and spoke with the sales man and asked to have the scratches painted and I would not pay the full

Ordered a rear axle assembly for a customer [redacted] Once we received it, it was in really bad shape [redacted] Customer picked it up and his mechanic informed him was wrong one. I got in touch with Brock Salvage and they said send it back to them. I never heard nothing back from them and had to call numerous times [redacted] they finally inform me that they are only giving me a credit. Not once did they inform me that this is what was going to happen and now im out $420.00 [redacted]Product_Or_Service: Truck rear axle assemblyDesired SettlementJust like my $420.00 credited back to my credit card.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: 306-[redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]@sasktel.netYes we did send him a rear axle assembly [redacted] he asked for 3:73 gear ratio which is what we sent him,[redacted] as far as customer,s mechanic claimed it was wrong gear ratio so had it returned and checked it upon arrival cover had not been removed so there was no way of telling what gear ratio it was but we checked it anyway and it was exactly as they ordered a 3:73 gear ratio I called him and told him that there was nothing wrong with it and that their mechanic had never opened it to check ratio and yes I offered him a yard credit or return the item as there was nothing wrong with it as thats our policy its posted in our office as well on every receipt that all sales are final- no cash refunds
