I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The company is taking little responsibility Bottom line is they refused to accept money and then forced me to pay more to get my stuff I didn't have my things for days which caused me a ton of stress My offer is this: $payable to me and then I will say this is resolvedAnd as far as any claim I ate twice I didn't The date of processing on my bank statement is wrong Proof of this is that I wasn't even living in *** on October I ate at the Chinese restaurant the day before the move maybe even two daysAgain there was no time for me to eat while they were there I was there the entire time watching them and all my stuff was packed Here are pictures I took of my apt after they emptied it out I stopped only at friendlies and had a tuna sandwich to go after taking the pictures to get my security deposit back Proof that I went to the atm is from my bank statement and that date is correct

It is company policy to collect payment at delivery Not only for our moving company but most others as wellWe used to unload and then collect payment However, we had situations where we would drive to deliver the household goods and customers had no way to pay usWe have driven
cross country and this has happened Now we require payment before the door even opens to unload It is unfortunate that we have to have this policy in place However, if we don't, we never get our money Also, smaller moving companies use trucks and trailers for smaller moving jobs We have trucks A large moving van, a mid-size moving van and a truck with a covered foot box and a foot trailerIt makes better business economical sense to use the truck and trailer for smaller, more local jobs than across the country I spoke with *** *** about removing the personal checks from our website It was not on there originally However, when they did some type of work on the website it somehow made it's way on there We are sorry you were not happy with our services We strive to satisfy our customers
