I want to see in writing where it says she can withdraw money from my bank account without my permission.

Ms*** was advised at the time of her application for said mortgage that the application fee of covered the cost of the appraisal. She was provided a courtesy of having the application fee included as part of her mortgage, pending said appraisal.The appraisal fee was paid for by
Brockport FCU upon invoice from the vendor. As the loan was not able to be approved, Ms*** was required to pay the associated fee. I both called Ms*** (left her voice mail) and emailed her that the application fee was being deducted from her account as we paid the appraisal fee. Brockport FCU offered to assist Ms*** with paying another expense she occurred to help with her cash flow issue. She refused to accept the assistance. In the our Membership and Account Agreement it is stated that we have the right of offset to shares on deposit for monies owed to the credit union. Said Agreement was provided to Ms*** when she opened her account. Paragraph : Account Rates and Fees - We pay account earnings and assess fees against your account as set forth in the Truth In Savings Disclosure & Schedule of Fees and Charges. We may change the Truth-in-Savings Disclosure or Schedule of Fees and Charges at any time and will notify you as required by law.
