Thetechnician corrected the problem on November 20, 2014.The customer contacted the office on January 13, 2015, regarding a converter box issue. Thetechnician tried to solve the problem several times, and found no problems outside of the home.The technician left a tag on the customer’s door on February 3, 2015, telling the customer to callto set up an appointment. The customer has yet to call to make an appointment. A new workorder was written on March 20, 2015. The technician will contact the customer to make anappointment to correct the problem.The customer contacted the office on February 25, 2015, regardIng a billing issue. There werelate fees associated with the account. The customer was credited for 6 late fees, totaling $30.00.on February 25, 2015.In Section 4 of the Terms ard Conditions of the Brockway Television, Inc.. Contract, regardingGuaranty, It states:“The Company guarantees only to use its best efforts to make it possible for television receptionto Subscriber by means of the transmission service system in use by the Company. TheCompany does not guarantee the quality of the reception, the continuity of the service, the timesystem will be in use, or the number of channels which will be available to Subscriber.”Brockway Television, Inc. Is a very small not-for-profit cable ‘TV company. It Is not permitted tooffer ala carte services or a digital basic service, without any sports channels, due to contract andFCC stipulations. Brockway Television, Inc. does offer a Classic Analog Basic service without anysports channels.Brockway Television, inc.

Review: Service is continually interrupted, especially on local channels. Forced to purchase several sport channels that I do not need. Bills have been wrong on several occasions, charging more than what I actually owe. Service is poor to say the least.Desired Settlement: I am paying for a service that I cannot receive because of their poor quality of transmission...I think the bill should be reduced monthly if these problems continue or they should fix the problem with transmitting the channels.
