We have ordered the required part to repair the customer's travel trailer This part is ordered from the manufacturer of the awning and shipped to our dealership Once the part arrives, we will be making a road call to install the part.A message was left with the customer this morning, Sept29, 2016, stating as much

How about the electrical outlet? How about the leaky bathtub faucet? How about the scratches on the bedroom door? And now, after our last camping trip, the big electrical cable broke open because it was installed to drag on the roadAnd we have two Windows that won't open.The only resolution so far is the tool for three TRYON [redacted]

The customer currently has their camper They took it on June 28, parts were ordered from the manufacturer and the parts are now currently here It can take 2-weeks to receive parts from the manufacturer The customer does owe $for the installation of a slide topper which they supplied I am willing to waive this amount due

We are currently working with the customer to replace his RV with a new one This should be completed in the next 5-days

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the by revjet"> offer I reviewed appear below [To by revjet"> assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] We reject this response because that paper that they sent a copy of was signed with the business manager before we had done our final walk-through of the trailer When we asked the man who was doing that with us if it had been done, he said he didn't know but we could find out from the service manager We asked Jeff Powell and he said he didn't know but would check on it We also asked him about the outer sealant that was supposed to be done and he said he would have to check on that too We know for sure that the TYRONS were not done before we picked it up, and we had to fight to have those done We still don't have the special tool we need for that As the problem went on and on through the summer, I talked to Glenn and Benoy at the NTonawanda store and they said they would check into seeing if both things had been done, but we never heard anything back from them We don't trust them now and want a refund for both things.Thank you, [redacted]

If this had been done right away perhaps we would have this issue resolved by now. As it is we are not going to be able to drive our motor home to Arizona as planned because at this point it is not legal to drive. The attorney generals office will be contacted. Regards, [redacted]

Colton RV disputes and denies the allegations set forth in the customers complaint The RV had cosmetic issues, as do many new RV's, which were addressed per the manufacturer's warranty which accompanied this RV

This customer was contacted by our Service Manager to arrange for pick up of their trailer to address the issue and was told that "we have made other arrangements" to repair the refrigerator
