The customer currently has their camper They took it on June 28, parts were ordered from the manufacturer and the parts are now currently here It can take 2-weeks to receive parts from the manufacturer The customer does owe $for the installation of a slide topper which they supplied I am willing to waive this amount due

If this had been done right away perhaps we would have this issue resolved by now. Colton RV disputes and denies the allegations set forth in the customers complaint The RV had cosmetic issues, as do many new RV's, which were addressed per the manufacturer's warranty which accompanied this RV
This customer was contacted by our Service Manager to arrange for pick up of their trailer to address the issue and was told that "we have made other arrangements" to repair the refrigerator
