Sorry that you and Mr. [redacted] continue to have issues with your spray polyurethane foam roof system that was installed by us in 2009. It is not our intentions to disappoint you. these issue and due a complete roof restoration of the existing SPF system at a deep discounted fee. I propose to do a complete preventive maintenance and re-coating your roof with Gaco Western Silicone S20. I will then provide you and Mr. [redacted] a new 16 year roof warranty. Gaco Western will also warranty the roof materials side for 50 years. Please let me know if can send my SPF roof-techs out tomorrow morning to address any ongoing leaks or issues. About the current roof warranty we can not continue warrant because the previous owner(s) negligence on not performing deferred roof maintenance and not paying to transfer the warranty into your names prior to closing, which has been our police for 42 years.  We truly want to resolve these roof problems and it is our goal to ensure a quality roof system.
