[redacted] account #3349 visited office for medical care. Brodows Chiropractic scheduled her for 42 treatment visits to be processed on father [redacted] Aetna Insurance. [redacted] called brodows Chiropractic and cancelled the appointments on July 21 ,2009. [redacted] did not show up for appointments. Aetna Insurance wrote letter to Brodows Chiropractic denying paying for claims exceeding the first 2 weeks of treatment. Brodows continued to bill for appointments through January 2012. [redacted] and Mother [redacted] are divorced. Bills keep coming to [redacted] allthough [redacted] did not sign for any treatment and had given instructions to cancell all appontments on July 21 ,2009. Brodows Chiropractic billing has statement confirming father called to cancell all appointments. Aetna Insurance sent letter to Brodows Chiropractic stating all claims would not be paid after first 2 weeks of treatment.
