Review: On March **, 2014 I hired Brodsky LLC and paid them $1214.00 to handle my uncontested divorce. I paid $399.00 for the uncontested divorce legal fee, $199.00 for an expedited law firm processing, $343.00 for court filing fees & certified copy of judgment and $300.00 for service of process.

I was told Brodsky LLC unsuccessfully attempted to serve the papers to my spouse on March ** and **. On March ** I gave Brodsky LLC his new work address and hours. On April ** Brodsky LLC told me they were going to have the sheriff serve my spouse the papers. Two weeks later I asked for an update and was told they did not have any news yet. Five weeks later on May [redacted] I asked for an update and got no response. May [redacted] I asked for an update and got no response. June [redacted] I asked for an update and got no response. June [redacted] I asked for an update and got no response.

On June [redacted] I contacted the [redacted] sheriff to ask if they had a record of a service request for my spouse. The sheriff has not record of this request.

Brodsky LLC lied to me about sending the service request to the sheriff and has not returned my emails and calls for six weeks, it is presumed that they scammed me and do not intend to handle my divorce. On June [redacted] I sent a certified letter to Brodsky LLC with the above information and have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I want the $1214.00 I paid back.
