Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: " Many thanks for your response to our complaint and the offer to split the $replacement charge for the damaged perspex door plus $shipping chargesApologies for the delay in replying but clearing up Hurricane Irma was a higher priority for the community.Given the quality of the product we find that these charges are still excessive given that the item was damaged (in our opinion) through poor packing rather than the fault of the shipping companyIn view of the fact that we have obtained a replacement perspex door of better quality from another supplier for $we will not take you up on your offerWe would accept $payment for the replacement door that we have sourced ourselves." The company's website on the actual size of the item isnt clear, and I thought I was ordering an overall size. The product description of the designer metal 32" x 44" enclosed bulletin board swing frame does not specify what size is being represented. The actual board size was 3/x 36, which was too big for our needs. the first line of contact was somewhat rude and tried to tell me that a return was'nt possible because of the time frame. I questioned her on the matter and she had to ask someone else if a return was possible rather than looking at the delivery date. I am very unsatisfied with this vendors response and below par customer service

To address the Customer Service employee she spoke with...this was a new employee that did not know the proper procedure for returns, and we apologize if our CSR Team Member came off rudeThat is never our intention.To reiterate the offer, which we feel is more than fair...see below. We would be more than happy to rebuild the unit, once we receive the product back, as long as the customer was willing to accept new outbound shipping charges.We also can have this shipped within a few days by placing our production crew on overtime to rectify this order issue. We are disappointed that the customer did not take us up on our proposed solution

Hello,We apologize for the delay in response, as this was sent to our SPAM Folder by mistake.In response to our customer, we have systems in place to avoid these types of damage issues. When an over-sized product ships via Freight Carrier, damage can and does occur during transit from time to time....

We ask the customer to please inspect the box upon arrival for any damage. We also place a sticker on the box and send an email to the customer to inspect the product within 5 business days of delivery. This is common practice, otherwise Freight Carriers will place the blame elsewhere.Approximately 45 Days after delivery, we were notified of an acrylic being damaged. This is way too long for any recourse with the carrier.I hope we can come to a fair resolution where both parties can be satisfied. As small business we do not feel the full burden of the cost should just be absorbed by us alone.As a gesture of good faith we will split the charge with the customer.Please contact us if you wish to proceed.Craig A[redacted]

Revdex.com, To be clear, the size was correct, but the customer ordered incorrectly.Our lead times are not guaranteed, and stated as such on our website. This shipped in 14 business days, not the 10 we aim for...but certainly not 1.5 months (as it was ordered on 9/** and delivered on 10/** via FedEx...

They thought they were ordering an overall frame size, not Interior Cork Board Size which is shown in the link below...[redacted]and also in the Size Chart in the link below (found on the same product page in the link above)...[redacted]Below are our terms for this product...showing our restock fee and return policy about shipping charges.[redacted]We would be more than happy to rebuild the unit, once we receive the product back, as long as the customer was willing to accept new outbound shipping charges.We are willing to absorb some of the costs, not all the costs. We also can have this shipped within a few days by placing our production crew on overtime to rectify this order issue.Our material costs and labor costs are expensive and rebuilding a new Display due to over-site from the customer, should not fall solely on the Manufacturer. Our goal is to make our customers happy...hopefully this can be resolved. All the best, Craig A[redacted]Owner

In view of the fact that we have obtained a replacement perspex door of better quality from another supplier for $48.33 we will not take you up on your offer. We would accept  $48.33 payment for the replacement door that we have sourced ourselves."
