It's not every day that you have a time sensitive project but when you do, it's not to much to ask a company to be forthcoming and let you know up front if they can accomodate you or notI called Brody Brothers on February 5thI was told I would get a phone call back to discuss my needsI sent them an email infidicating very cleary that this was a time sensitive project that needed attention within days from the date the request was submitted which was February 3rd I called the next day indicating I did not get a phone call backI was told someone would call me back asapBy Friday evening, no one had called me backI called and left a message as they were out of the office by then indicating that this was time sensitive hoping to get a return phone callMonday February 9th, with no return phone call yetI called them at 10:AM only to be told that they had a meeting on Friday morning 2-and discussed it and decided they could not help meThey seem to be very professionalGreat marketing, office people are nice but if you are looking for a company that walks the talkBrody Brothers doesnt seem to do thatA phone call letting me know that they could not help me on Friday morning would have helped tremendouslyThe true test of a company's fortitude is when their abilities to provide excellent customer service are tested and they fail miserablyIf you're in need of time sensitive services, Brody Brothers is probably not the company to put your faith in

Jonathan H. from the Brody Brothers came to my building to get rid of a new infestation of roaches there. He thoroughly inspected the building and discovered the source of my problem: roach eggs that were brought in by a guest to my property. He then took care of the roaches, as I have not seen any roaches or heard any tenant complaints of roaches since he came about a week and a half ago.

This confirms my experience with the Brody Brothers, since Jonathan came out for me about 10 months ago and got rid of my mouse problem with just one treatment.
