Review: On March 21st Mr. Brody came and estimated our installation work and accepted a $400.00 deposit. He did not provide a receipt however through numerous text messages has accepted the responsibility of the work, debt and refund owed. Mr. Brody was scheduled to come and complete the installation on March 26th, he then had to reschedule for the 27th or 28th but again was unable to make it. Due to not being ale to meet our time frame we requested a refund so we could secure the service through another provider. Since that time and multiple communications we have yet to receive a refund. Mr. Brody has stated that the check was placed in the mail March 30th. When we notified him April 5th that we still had not received it, he has not cancelled the check and met with us to provide a refund. Both April 10th and 11th, I have sent messages that are now going unreturned at all. My husband even offered to go to the place of business and retrieve the refund however due to the fact the business is located within Mr. Brody's home he became defensive and demanded that no one come to his home even though it is a business.Desired Settlement: I only want my refund immediately. It is unfair that I had to pay a deposit and services were never rendered at no fault of our ours and we cannot even receive our funds in return. I appreciate anything you can do to help in having Mr. Brody send a cashiers check via USPS overnight mail to me at this time as I have waited long enough. I also no longer trust any personal or business check from this business.
