We are in receipt of your complaint filed by *** *** and wish to respond in kindThese resonses will be in date order as best received from Miss ***.2/16/Miss *** advised us via text her heated seat and right side mirror were in op after deliveryWe offered to repair them
here at our shopNo apt yet has been made that she feels is convenient for herWe know from research the mirror switch is bad and the heating element in the seat fails alsoWell documented on the internet We do have the right to do the work here and have shared with her that we wish to make the repair at her convenience Unfortunately we do not offer loaner vehicles due to our insurance limitationsMonday 2/22/Miss *** text us and let us know she heard a rattle under rearExhaust relatedWhile not covered under any warranty, we offered to have it repaired at our service facility (Since repaired on 3/17/16)Monday 2/29/Miss *** advised us her sunroof was not operationalAlso not covered under any form of warranty, we offered to repair at our service facilityShe was not willing to bring the vehicle back to us for repairs and we had a lengthy text conversation(Since repaired on 3/17/16) by removing the sunroof, cleaning the track system and lubricating the track and guidesMonday 2/29/Later in the day Miss *** also shared via text that she felt vibration in front when braking. We shared the Brakes were new on 10/3/from *** *** prior to our purchaseThis is well documented at *** ***While the brakes were fine for inspection we suspect that from sitting a period of time, rust accumulated on the front rotors which caused inconsistency in a smooth braking surface noticeable particularly at higher speedsWe offered to replace front Brake Rotors at our repair facility(Since repaired on 3/17/16)While we sympathize with Miss *** and her situation, the law provides that we are entitled to make acceptable repairs at our facility or a facilty of our choice She was not open at all to the idea. Sunday March 6th, Miss *** did drop the vehicle off to our location and the following repairs were madeExhaust was welded at the joint where resonator meets the rear pipeSunroof was disassembled, cleaned and lubricatedWorks as designedFront brake rotors were replaced with New from *** Auto parts per specThe vehicle was ready for her to pickup Monday 3/17/by 4pm and we texted her to let her knowAt that time and based on text info (we have the history) she seemed satisfied with no further complaintsWe have previously offered to repair the mirror switch and the heated seat element even though those are not covered under any warrantyHer schedule seems to have little flexibility but we are trying to help as evidenced hereIf you feel you need further documentation, please let us knowWe apologize for the inconvenience but understand your positionThank you, Mark K

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Thank you for forwarding me MrK.'s response to my complaintI am responding to this for I have kept every document and message that we have corresponded with in regards to the *** ***I would like to first address MrK.'s number stipulating that he has offered to fix the heating element and the mirrorHe has offered to fix it, but has stated that he will order these parts and let me know when they are in to make arrangements to get those fixed, here we are in the of April and I still have not hear from him in regards to these concernsMind you if he had any intention on taking care of these problems why did he not do so when he had my vehicle in for repair on MARCH 7TH, Also I would like to point out that on both March 7th as well as March 8th, I have asked MrKfor a copy of the repairs done to my vehicle and he first stipulated to me that he will not receive a printed copy of those repairs for he is paying with credit cardWeird but that he would hand write oneFine, but again here we are on April 4th and I still have no copy of the supposed repairs done to my vehicle on March 7th, Now in regards to the repairs that he says were done with were suppose to be as follows: Front rotors, Weld the muffler, and fix the sunroofThe front rotors seem to have been replacedfor I no longer have a vibration when pressing on the gas petalAs for the muffler I sent you photo of his so called repair, the muffler has not been welded and is now hanging about to fall offThe sunroof is also not fixed, whatever they did has not fixed the problem, all it has done is create more of a problemI now have a problem with what appears to be the drive shaftWhich makes this vehicle extremely unsafe for me to driveHence, the reason why I didn't want them to repair my truck in the first placeThey over looked these concerns before I took delivery. Last but not least in regards to MrKstating that he asked me if I would like to purchase and extended warranty that conversation never even took placeWe never even discussed a warrantyAnd a question for youIf we did have this discussion and I did deny a warranty where is the paperwork I singed denying thisBecause I would have had to sign something denying extended coverage.
