I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Thank you for forwarding me Mr. K.'s response to my complaint. I am responding to this for I have kept every document and message that we have corresponded with in regards to the 2009 [redacted]. I would like to first address Mr. K.'s number 1 stipulating that he has offered to fix the heating element and the mirror. He has offered to fix it, but has stated that he will order these parts and let me know when they are in to make arrangements to get those fixed, here we are in the 4 of April 2016 and I still have not hear from him in regards to these concerns. Mind you if he had any intention on taking care of these problems why did he not do so when he had my vehicle in for repair on MARCH 7TH, 2016. Also I would like to point out that on both March 7th as well as March 8th, I have asked Mr. K. for a copy of the repairs done to my vehicle and he first stipulated to me that he will not receive a printed copy of those repairs for he is paying with credit card. Weird but that he would hand write one. Fine, but again here we are on April 4th and I still have no copy of the supposed repairs done to my vehicle on March 7th, 2016. Now in regards to the repairs that he says were done with were suppose to be as follows: Front rotors, Weld the muffler, and fix the sunroof. The front rotors seem to have been replaced. for I no longer have a vibration when pressing on the gas petal. As for the muffler I sent you photo of his so called repair, the muffler has not been welded and is now hanging about to fall off. The sunroof is also not fixed, whatever they did has not fixed the problem, all it  has done is create more of a problem. I now have a problem with what appears to be the drive shaft. Which makes this vehicle extremely unsafe for me to drive. Hence, the reason why I didn't want them to repair my truck in the first place. They over looked these concerns before I took delivery. Last but not least in regards to Mr. K. stating that he asked me if I would like to purchase and extended warranty that conversation never even took place. We never even discussed a warranty. And a question for you. If we did have this discussion and I did deny a warranty where is the paperwork I singed denying this. Because I would have had to sign something denying extended coverage. Thank you for your time. I do look forward to hearing back from you.  Sincerely,

We are in receipt of your complaint filed by [redacted] and wish to respond in kind. These resonses will be in date order as best received from Miss [redacted].2/16/16 Miss [redacted] advised us via text her heated seat and right side mirror were in op after delivery. We offered to repair them...

here at our shop. No apt yet has been made that she feels is convenient for her. We know from research the mirror switch is bad and the heating element in the seat fails also. Well documented on the internet We do have the right to do the work here and have shared with her that we wish to make the repair at her convenience.   Unfortunately we do not offer loaner vehicles due to our insurance limitations. Monday 2/22/16 Miss [redacted] text us and let us know she heard a rattle under rear. Exhaust related. While not covered under any warranty, we offered to have it repaired at our service facility (Since repaired on 3/17/16). Monday 2/29/16 Miss [redacted] advised us her sunroof was not operational. Also not covered under any form of warranty, we offered to repair at our service facility. She was not willing to bring the vehicle back to us for repairs and we had a lengthy text conversation. (Since repaired on 3/17/16) by removing the sunroof, cleaning the track system and lubricating the track and guides. Monday 2/29/16 Later in the day Miss [redacted] also shared via text that she felt vibration in front when braking.  We shared the Brakes were new on 10/3/15 from [redacted] prior to our purchase. This is well documented at [redacted]. While the brakes were fine for inspection we suspect that from sitting a period of time, rust accumulated on the front rotors which caused inconsistency in a smooth braking surface noticeable particularly at higher speeds. We offered to replace front Brake Rotors at our repair facility. (Since repaired on 3/17/16). While we sympathize with Miss [redacted] and her situation, the law provides that we are entitled to make acceptable repairs at our facility or a facilty of our choice.  She was not open at all to the idea.  Sunday March 6th, 2016 Miss [redacted] did drop the vehicle off  to our location and the following repairs were made. Exhaust was welded at the joint where resonator meets the rear pipe. Sunroof was disassembled, cleaned and lubricated. Works as designed. Front brake rotors were replaced with New from [redacted] Auto parts per spec. The vehicle was ready for her to pickup Monday 3/17/16 by 4pm and we texted her to let her know. At that time and based on text info (we have the history) she seemed satisfied with no further complaints. We have previously offered to repair the mirror switch and the heated seat element even though those are not covered under any warranty. Her schedule seems to have little flexibility but we are trying to help as evidenced here. If you feel you need further documentation, please let us know. We apologize for the inconvenience but understand your position. Thank you, Mark K.
