Way overpriced on a service call for a friend Charge was $for one hour of work Way overpriced o a quote for a new furnace Quote was for Someone else did job for $1, Refused to make emergency call to a home with four children, one a baby, when outside temperature was degrees simply because I had poliely questioned the above $innvoice
Terrible experience!! They started the job in November of 2016 removed my heating in my upstairs. I called everyday to get them back down there to finish and on 12/20/2016 they called and said they were not coming back. I have been without heat in my upstairs since November and they didn't care. Horrible Horrible Company! We not recommend using them at all. Oh and they sent me a bill in November and another one in December for the full amount of the job when they hadn't even done the work. Terrible experience
