I am rejecting this response because:
My uncle purchased the vehicle with my father and myself present upon taking the vehicle home we all realized that the rims where changed to similar ,but smaller rimsI called the next morning to rectify with *** *** who acted like he didn't remember our conversation regarding the larger rims that where on the vehicle on the showroom floor when we purchasedAt a later date I spoke with *** known as *** who told actually admitted on the phone to changing the rims because he thought we had negotiated a lower price He later recanted his storyI don't understand the response from *** to the Revdex.comHe states that *** showed us those rims and we were "ok" with themWhy would *** have to show us the rims for approval? The vehicle was purchased a week before we even met *** known as ***The dealership has given so many different stories that they can't keep track anymore
My uncle is an year old Agricultural engineer and businessman with an impeccable reputation who only wants what he payed forIt is not so much the money he lost but that he was deceivedThese *** representatives should be ashamed of what they did and I hope the Revdex.com keeps a record on file

My name is *** *** I am the manager involved in the sale of the Cadillac SRX to ***.Brogan Cadillac has been in business for years, and has a impeccable reputation in the auto industry as a leader in customer serviceThis claim is totally false! The vehicle was on the showroom floor and was sold and delivered to him exactly as it was displayed with the same factory rims which we chrome plattedThey were never changed or altered as he claimsAlso our other manager *** *** showed him the standard 18" wheels and the factory chrome platted rims he received, and he knew all thisThank you

Review: My wife took our Cadillac Escalade in for brake service. She paid for the service and when they pulled the truck out of the garage the genius driving the truck failed to drive it up a few more inches even though there were thousands of square feet of parking lot in front of him causing the garage door to close on my truck and TEAR my back bumper off.

The MANAGER (WHO'S NAME I WILL FIND OUT) was a rude piece of [redacted] that failed to come out and apologize to my wife who was there helpless with 2 baby seats and a screaming 4 month old. The service person VICTOR whom I will speak to myself when I go get the truck was a rude piece of [redacted] that told her she should take the loaner and leave or take the truck with a missing bumper and return it for repairs when she was done with it. My wife hysterically screaming because a manager wouldn't come out to help her threatened to call the cops. Finally he came out and said that she was disturbing him from an important business meeting where people were trying to take money from him. Then she apologized for making a scene but just wanted to speak to him and their service person VICTOR said that she chose to make the scene. She then told them she couldn't take the small loaner and needed a bigger truck for our two baby seats and she needed to go pick up my daughter by 5pm (it was 430pm). He said sorry all we have is that small one. She said well I need something bigger because I have to tow a boat in a few days and you inconvenienced me. He then tells her "I thought your daughter was important". So now I have a service person questioning our parenting on top of a [redacted] managing staff, [redacted] service and a that had my bumper torn off my truck. The only thing they could say was sorry we'll fix it and it might take 4-5 days. No one at all was caring or cared at all that a MOTHER of 2 was stranded with a 4 month old in a garage and a 3 year old that she had to pick up in 30 minutes. I hope they go out of business!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is that they ALL lose their jobs. I've had dozens of cars and never experience any type of INSULTING situation like that. I am reporting this to their corporate office and I will escalate this to the fullest extent. To top this off they had the nerve to charge me for the job on my breaks when I didn't even take the truck home because they DAMAGED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
