Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 16, 2014/11/14) */ Broken Drum Insulation VS [redacted] The attic of the house in question did not receive,blown insulationIt was never scheduled and never billedEvery few months we go through are old jobs that show they still need to be blown We make calls to contractor to see if the house is readyWe made calls to [redacted] letting him know that our records show that this house was completed [redacted] said the house was doneI asked him to make sure because our records show we have not billed or completed the insulationHe again said the house was done I received a call form [redacted] to take a look at a house that the owner said was missing insulationWhen I went there it was missing the blown insulationI let [redacted] know that this was the house we talked about in the past [redacted] said to get it doneWe immediately put it on the schedule and got it insulatedWe sent him the invoice for the portion of insulation for the atticWe have tried several times to collect with no response form [redacted] At some point we received a response from [redacted] saying [redacted] had an issue with the invoiceI again called [redacted] to address clearing up the invoice with no response We received paperwork for small claims for the house in question [redacted] tried to explain to the judge that the house was never scheduled or billed [redacted] produced an insulation certificate for the house that I providedI wasn't there but [redacted] said it was in my hand writing [redacted] would call me when he needed a certificateIf I sent him a certificate for this house then it is my fault but that is the only thing we did wrongWe never billed for the attic portion so his records should reflect that as wellThe city inspector should have checked the house before signing it off [redacted] should of checked the house when we told him our records show it is not complete We still have not been paid for this house [redacted] Broken Drum Insulation
