Broken Egg Games is (seemingly) a two-person operation. The problem is, one person - the owner, [redacted] - is seemingly unaware of exactly how shoddy service is from his "customer service" person, [redacted] has not only seemingly "lost" every email I've ever sent to BEG, but has also flat-out lied to me about when I can expect my order shipped - lied over email, lied over the phone.
This is an extremely untrustworthy business, and if you're in need of gaming paraphernalia, look elsewhere.
