We are 100% pleased with our Broken Windows experience from their extremely professional and knowledgable approach to the friendly and respectful persona. The entire process was flawless.
Their quality of work is outstanding. We would recommend them to anyone.

These are the worst windows and storm windows we've had installed. First off, the exterior trim on the house is white, and all of the storm windows he replaced have pewter trim instead of white. Looks terrible. Second, the storm windows are so difficult to open and close, we leave them open most of the time. Third, the storm windows don't always stay up when they are open. We've had windows come slamming down because the latches don't fit properly. When one of the windows upstairs came down and shattered, it tools MONTHS before he came out to put in another storm window.
We were assured that the windows we were replacing were better than the ones currently on the house. This was wrong. The new windows leak so bad, we have to put plastic on the insides in the winter to stop drafts. During cooler months, we can't see out of any of the upstairs windows because there is so much condensation on them. During the winter, this freezes and makes it impossible to see out at all.

Extremely bad experience with this company. When they finished replacing the glass on my bay window it began frosting up and now has a draft. When I tried to get them to come and look at it [redacted], or his wife, or whoever was speaking on behalf of the owner was extraordinarily rude.

Broken Windows has been excellent to work with. They do quality work and get the job done quickly for a very fair price. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their service!
