*** *** is an excellent representative for your companyHe arrived within the time frame agreed uponAs we are in a condominium, he followed the rules of the governing association by entering the service door instead of a route through the lobby that would have been much closer for himArriving at our unit, *** immediately covered our wood Flooring in the Kitchen to begin the removal of our old dishwasherHe was most conscientious of the adjoining carpeting, keeping the hand-cart away from the edge of the beige flooringHe could not have been nicer (and actually was more careful than we tend to be!)
Unfortunately, the installation of the new dishwasher was a difficult one*** remained calm, tried various approaches to find the best solution for the problem and was able to remedy the "Threading" issue with the drain hoseWe appreciate his willingness to complete the job to our satisfaction and the extra time that was expended to do it correctlyNever did we feel that he was in a hurry to be finished with usThank you for employing such a kind young man
I called Sears to sell and install a Hot water heater in my houseIt was supposed to be same day installationI scheduled the appt at North county was suppose to call me withing three hours It was almost 2:and I called Sears to complain and they told me that North county told them that they tried to call me but I didnt answer, that was a liei walked around with that phone waiting for themMysteriously once I cancelled the job North county calls my house and accuses Sears of lyingThe North county staffer claimed that he had just gotten the ticket for my installi feel that North county and Sears get you on the hook and try to lure you in with a promise of same day installationI would not refer this compan or Sears for anythingTheir attitude was "Oh so I can disregard your ticket cool "
On Aug 10, I called NCP and spoke to Rodney who said that he would get back to me with a estimate of my job I waited til Aug 12, no response, so I called again was put on hold for minutes then connected to Rodney again He stated he "could not give me a quote because his estimator was on vacation" Totally irresponsible, didn't he know this two days earlier Wouldn't it have been good business to call me back, even with bad newsSo do not use this company if they only have one estimator
