Brokerage Comedy Clubs

Review: I have purchased a number of vouchers for Brokerage Governors Comedy Club in [redacted] over the past 2 months and have never had a problem until today. I called to make a reservations today, Feb **, 2014 for the 7:30 show as we always do and was told that they will no longer allow me to use my vouchers for the 7:30 early show!! I was told I could use them for the 10 pm show which we never go to as it is way too late. Whine I purchased my vouchers from [redacted] Local the only restrictions listed were the vouchers were not good for Special Events" shows. It has no restrictions on early or late shows. We had special plans for the evening which are now ruined. While I was able to get a refund on my vouchers from [redacted] local, my evening has been ruined.I had plans with my sister who has [redacted] and is unable to do late shows. She has only months left, so this was more than disappointing to both of us. To tell me I could not use my already purchased vouchers and would have to pay full price for the early show is unacceptable and rude behavior to say the least.Desired Settlement: Would be nice to be offered 4 free tickets of 4 half price tickets for a Saturday nite in March 7:30 show while my sister is still able to go.
