I apologize for the late response, I did not receive an alert from your company regarding the complaint of one of our clientsI wanted to answer the complaint directly on the
site, but unfortunately I was unable to locate the option on your site therefore I am using this methodWe are not, nor have we ever committed or participated in fraud or scammed anyoneAt our company, our work is primarily with Mexican Timeshare owners and we need to deal with the Mexican government authorities before we do anything in regards to any property in Mexico
We have a legally binding agreement signed by the client, and we are not operating in any way out side of that agreementWithin the agreement are specified terms and requirements to which all parties must adhere in order to successfully complete with the agreementI'm attaching a copy of the agreement signed by the individual who lodged the complaint
Furthermore we have no problem cancelling the agreement with the client what so everAs you can see on point 11, if the client(seller) wishes to cancel without sufficient cause they are responsible to pay a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the purchase price to the CompanyI believe this is where the client may have a problem, unfortunately it is a requirement should the client wish to cancel before the finalization of the transaction
