No warranty info in the boxes at all Actual claim was filed in early no no avail I emailed several pics and no response so I called the storeThis was purchased at a over stock so to speak facility I never ask about the raised part this is in the hall way and was once area where my diabetic dog had an accidentno moisture problems as noted in the inspectors reportwe have dehumidifiers running under the house to pull out moisture, Nephew was licensed to do flooring and all types of constructionI would like to see the warranty as this was not in book if the gloss finish is not covered what about the nicks and chips from every day wear my dogs are not heavy and nails are short never long.. This is an excuse to not pay the claim that is why this company has a "f' rating I will carry my story to the news CONSUMER REPORTS as far as how this company does not stand behind their productsAlso will advise all friends and family to stay away from this product

This letter is in response to the [redacted] Claim.  Brokering Solutions was alerted to this claim in July of 2014.
yes;">  Originally, the complainant called the dealer where the flooring was purchased and they reported that they sent her the paperwork to complete.  Brokering Solutions did not receive the paperwork from the complainant until July of 2014 which was promptly turned in to the contracted inspection company.  The inspector went to the complainant’s residence on July 18, 2014 and reported the following:
·         Observation of visually substandard installation and owner’s nephew installed. 
·         Transitions not properly installed.
·         Raised edges are consistent with excessive surface moisture at some point after installation.
As part of our product standards, our warranty is included with every box of flooring sold of which the complainant would have received approximately 48 boxes for 1300 sq. ft. Our product meets AC3 requirements for residential and commercial use.  We state in our Warranty that we do NOT cover the following:
·         Gloss reduction is not covered at all.
·         The keeping of indoor pets will void the Limited Warranty.
·         Pet urine.
The complainant states in the Revdex.com report that pets are kept in the residence and a diabetic dog has urinated on the floor which they wiped up within approximately 2 minutes and the raised panels are in the same area (hallway).  According to testing of our products, excessive moisture will cause multiple issues with a high density fiberboard product.  This can be a result of wet moping with water, flooding,  constant animal urination on flooring.
                We strive to take care of any customer complaints in a timely and mutually satisfactory manner.  We want our customers to enjoy our flooring and any issues to be resolved to their satisfaction when appropriate and possible.  We stand behind our product per our Limited Warranty but do expect our consumers to read our literature and Warranties and to understand the products they purchase and what is suited best for their application and environment.
