On Aug 10, 2016 I called NCP and spoke to Rodney who said that he would get back to me with a estimate of my job. I waited til Aug 12, no response, so I called again was put on hold for 7 minutes then connected to Rodney again. He stated he "could not give me a quote because his estimator was on vacation". Totally irresponsible, didn't he know this two days earlier. Wouldn't it have been good business to call me back, even with bad news. So do not use this company if they only have one estimator.
I called Sears to sell and install a Hot water heater in my house. It was supposed to be same day installation. I scheduled the appt at 830. North county was suppose to call me withing three hours. It was almost 2:00 and I called Sears to complain and they told me that North county told them that they tried to call me but I didnt answer, that was a lie. I walked around with that phone waiting for them. Mysteriously once I cancelled the job North county calls my house and accuses Sears of lying. The North county staffer claimed that he had just gotten the ticket for my install. I feel that North county and Sears get you on the hook and try to lure you in with a promise of same day installation. I would not refer this compan or Sears for anything. Their attitude was "Oh so I can disregard your ticket cool ".
