I have had numerous problems with maintenance over the last days On November 18, my sink clogged and I received backed up sewage from neighboring apartments I also had some flooding leak out into the carpets behind the kitchen in the hallway area by the bathroom I was without water for full days in my kitchen I requested for the carpets to be cleaned They sent a guy in who just put some powder on the area and vacuumed it up I found this to be unacceptable On December 27, I returned home to no heat and frozen pipes It took the emergency maintenance technician over an hour and a half to arrive to my apartment It was -degrees outside He was not able to fix the problem, nor find an outside company that could come fix it I had to find somewhere else to stay that night myself; I was never offered to be put up in a hotel or apartment that had heat My apartment inside was less than degrees and an unlivable situation This did not get repaired to 4p
